Official Visit of the Foreign Secretary of India to Nepal
At the cordial invitation of the Foreign Secretary of Nepal, Mr Amrit Bahadur Rai, His Excellency Mr Vikram Misri, Foreign Secretary of India, is paying a two-day official visit to Nepal from 4 to 5 November 2026.
During the visit, the Foreign Secretary of Nepal will hold bilateral discussions with the Foreign Secretary of India. The two sides will review the full range of Nepal-India relations and exchange views on matters of mutual interest, with a view to further strengthening the long-standing, close and friendly ties between the two countries.
The Foreign Secretary of India is also scheduled to pay courtesy calls on the high-level dignitaries of Nepal.
The Foreign Secretary of India will depart Kathmandu for Delhi on 5 November 2026.
