Minister for Foreign Affairs Honourable Mr. Pradeep Kumar Gyawali has sent a message of congratulations to Her Excellency Dr. Naledi Pandor on her appointment as the Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of the Republic of South Africa.
In the message, Foreign Minister Mr. Gyawali has expressed the belief that the existing bilateral relations between two countries will continue to strengthen in the days ahead.
