President Right Honourable Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari sent a message to French President His Excellency Mr. Emmanuel Macron on the damage caused to Notre-Dame de Paris by the massive fire yesterday.
In her message, she expressed deep sadness on the destruction the Notre-Dame Cathedral, an iconic cultural monument of France as well as one of the world’s great heritages, sustained due to the terrible fire. She also extended words of sympathy and solidarity to the French President and through him to the French Government and people in this hour of grief.
