The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Nepal considers the release of two hostages in Gaza as a positive development. The Ministry commends the diplomatic efforts of the State of Qatar and others involved in securing the release.
One Nepali national Mr. Bipin Joshi is missing since the day of attack in Southern Israel on 07 October 2023 and his whereabout is still unknown. The Ministry calls for safety and security of Mr. Bipin Joshi and other innocent missing civilians.
