PRESS RELEASE
The Deputy-Secretary-General of the United Nations Her Excellency Ms Amina J. Mohammed paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Rt. Hon. Mr. K. P. Sharma Oli today. Matters related to the effective implementation of Sustainable Development Goals and further strengthening Nepal-United Nations cooperation figured during the call on.
Separately, Her Excellency the Deputy-Secretary-General called on Minister for Foreign Affairs Hon. Mr. Pradeep Kumar Gyawali at the office of the Minister for Foreign Affairs in Singhadurbar. During the meeting, matters pertaining to maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of United Nations’ cooperation towards achieving the goals of the Agenda 2030 were discussed.
