The Rt. Hon’ble Bidya Devi Bhandari, President of Nepal, sent a message of condolence to His Excellency Mr. Joko Widodo, President of the Republic of Indonesia today on the loss of lives of many people in a devastating earthquake and tsunami in the Sulawesi Islands of Indonesia.
In her message, the President has expressed deepest condolences to His Excellency, and the people of Indonesia who have been coping valiantly with the tragic disaster. Wishing for the success of ongoing rescue operations, she has also conveyed the message of sympathy to the people of Indonesia who lost their loved ones during the disaster.
