Ambassador Upadhyay meets Minister of Power
His Excellency Mr Deep Kumar Upadhyay, Ambassador of Nepal to India, met this evening Hon’ble Mr Piyush Goyal, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Power, Coal, New and Renewable Energy and Mines, Government of India. During the meeting, they discussed about supply of additional power through newly completed Kusaha-Kataiya and Parwanipur-Raxaul transmission lines, review of power tariff and other matters related to Nepal-India cooperation in power sector.
Ambassador Upadhyay was accompanied by Minister (Economic), Krishna Hari Pushkar and Counsellor (Political) Mr Hari Odari during the meeting.
