The Government of Nepal strongly condemns the terrorist attack on Bacha Khan University in Pakistan on January 20, 2016 that caused loss of precious human lives and injured many more. Such atrocious act of terrorism inan abode of knowledge and learning is highly condemnable.
The people and Government of Nepal extend heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to the victims of this terrorist attack, their families as well as to the friendly people and Government of Pakistan. We wish for speedy recovery of the injured.
Nepal condemns terrorism under any guise and in all its forms and manifestations. We strongly believe that such heinous acts cannot be justified on any ground. We fully support Pakistan’s efforts to counter terrorism and bring the culprits of this terrible crime to justice.
