The Rt. Hon’ble Mrs. President Bidya Devi Bhandari received the Letters of Credence from Her Excellency Ms. Wellage Swarnalatha Perera, His Excellency Mr. Mentor Patricia Villagomez Merino, His Excellency Mr. Jozef Drofenik and His Excellency Mr. Jagdishwar Goburdhun, Ambassadors of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, the Republic of Ecuador, the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Mauritius to Nepal respectively today amidst a special ceremony held at the Ceremonial Hall, Office of the President, Shital Niwas.
Her Excellency Ms. Wellage Swarnalatha Perera is residential Ambassador and His Excellency Mr. Mentor Patricia Villagomez Merino, His Excellency Mr. Jozef Drofenik and His Excellency Mr. Jagdishwar Goburdhun are based in New Delhi with concurrent accreditation to Nepal.
Hon’ble Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat, Minister for Foreign Affairs, General Rajendra Chhetri, Chief of the Army Staff, Dr. Madam Kumar Bhattarai, Foreign Affairs Expert at the Office of the President, Mr. Shanker Das Bairagi, Foreign Secretary, Mr. Bhupendra Prasad Poudel, Secretary at the Office of the President and other senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were present on the occasion.
