Nepal – Saint Kitts and Nevis


Nepal and Saint Kitts and Nevis established formal diplomatic relations on 30 May 2018. Nepal’s relations with Saint Kitts and Nevis are marked by friendship, mutual respect and understanding. Contacts between the two countries primarily take place in the international forums such as the United Nations. Both Nepal and Saint Kitts and Nevis are members of the Group of 77 and the NAM, and share the sentiments of smaller nations. Both the countries could explore opportunities of cooperation in such areas of common interest as climate change and disaster risk reduction.

 

Trade and Investment
The size of interactions on trade, investment and tourism between Nepal and Saint Kitts and Nevis is negligible at the moment. Some of the commodities imported by Nepal from Saint Kitts and Nevis are pharmaceutical products, mechanical appliances, plastics etc.
